hello, ic services rip me off. i was told i would receive a grant about 6weeks, and i send them 479.00 express mail, then i email them to check status, they told me someone would contact me betwen 7-10 busy days, they where have phones problems . because everytime i call the number was blocked. i try to email them again now no email address found . i been had. and i want my money back. carol, minneapolis, mn
