IDCServco & Hill Office Supplies Toner scam in cahoots with Hill Office Supplies! Culver City California

IDCServco shipped a case of toner to my office with a total cost of $1,162.17. When I contacted them, they told me that I had placed an order with Hill Office Supplies. I didn't place an order because the toner is free as part of my service contract with the copier company. I was told that I would receive a return label via fax, and UPS would return to pick up the case. When I asked the representative "why would I pay $349 for a bottle of toner, when my contract gives it to me free?" she had no answer for me. I also asked her how they got away with charging that much for a bottle of toner when you can get the same toner from Staples or Office Depot for about $40 a bottle. She didn't have an answer for that either. All I know is if they don't come get this toner soon, I'm going to have to use it! And I'm not going to pay for it.!
