Instatrim, Women's Ultraslim, Complete Weight Loss Center, World Wide Enterprises Rip Off, Fraud, Dishonesty and Criminal Activity - - It's Time to Join together, Shut Them Down and Lock Them Up! Mandan North Dakota

I have read the numerous reports on this company and it is time for action. I was charged $1.95 for shipping and handling then charged 29.95 a week later. I called my credit card company after a few futile attempts to get ahold of the company (Women's Ultraslim 888-829-0637) listed on my credit card statement. The credit card company charged back the 29.95 and the next thing I receive is an invoice for 79.95 from World Wide Enterprises (supposedly a collection agency) located in Mandan, ND (PO Box 1177 - - 701) 663-8327). For a collection agency, this guy Paul knew the details "like the back of his hand" and would not send me any "terms and conditions" because "I wasn't going to pay the bill anyway."

Apparently, what this company does is fraudulently, criminally try to state that you have agreed to all the terms of signing up for some membership but in my case I've yet to see the website where the 1.95 shipping and handling special is. I specifically did not want to purchase anything but as I was leaving the website a flashing "wait" came up and said they would send me a sample for 1.95 and that was it... no agreement of anything else.

I called the above company (that was listed on my cc statement) and got ahold of Ashley and Sonya today (amazing since I couldn't get ahold of a live person the times I had called previously). The website I was directed to did not give me the info I needed.
Let's put these guys out of business for good. I need all those who have complained in the past and we will move forward on this immediately.

I order on the internet regularly and I have never seen this kind of criminal activity before. Companies like this will make those of us who do order online a little "skiddish" to do so in the future...
