All I see is report after report about how integrity sales is this big horrible scam were they beat us and dont pay us and rip people off. THAT IS NOT TRUE ! What you are reading is reports of a few victims that ran into a bad seed, or someone whom used to work for the company and is mad at theyre boss and wants to vent. Just like when a student comes home from school after getting a detention and immedietly claimes theyre a bad teacher and comes up with some excuse as to why things didnt go theyre way. Anyhow you get what im saying. Exaggeration is an amazing thing I know I work for this company. I LOVE MY JOB!!! I dont work for kay or torq. I work for another manager under Robert whom i choose not to say (to save theyre name from you shallow minded idoits) I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Integrity.
I started in this company living out of a hotel in the ghetto of Detroit selling drugs to get by. When I joined the sales crew my life was turned around. They were there for me started drug testing me, cleaned me up got me some new nice clothes and put me to work. at first it was rough i wasnt used to the rules and structure of the program but after awhile i realized why it was there. I have been working for the company for almost 2 years now and in that short time I've been to 35 states, the company flew me to hawaii for a trip ( I had never been on a plane before ), and also gave me a diamond ring for being a loyal good sales agent. These things you hear of kids getting raped and beat is not what the program is about. I have never in my 2 years of working for this company seen anything even close to the horror storys ive read in some of these reports. I have never seen an agent get beat or forced to sleep outside thats crap. They pay me very well for the work i do. I now have nice things and clothes, my own laptop, a couple thousand dollars in my bank account expensive watches and jewerley and even a car back home in Michigan, and most importantly I am off drugs and alot healthier. All Thanks to this program , my boss is currently looking into me starting college courses to further my education at the same time I'm advanceing in this company. This may or may not be the careror path I choose for the rest of my life but it is deffantly a great starting step in the path I take. Before I just think of were I would be now If it wasnt for magazine crew In the gutter, in jail, on crack, still selling cocaine to eat. NO thats not the life for me and now that I've been exposed to success and now that im told constantly i'm better than that I strive for success, and I will be successfull. So before your so quick to judge by some kids story of a bad experience theyve had, don't be so shallow minded and realize there is alot of good that has come from magazine crew also you only seem to read about the bad side but do realize its not all that you think it is. Granted some kids do lie and say they're neighbors but that is not what I was trained to say from the company I am part of a National Cash Awards program which is a youth incentive program for kids like my self to collect points win a trip , travel the US and raise money for my college books and tuition, thats what I was trained to say. What kids say after that is all on an individual basis, everyone that has ordered from me has recieved theyre products some agents may keep cash orders or lie about what theyre recieveing but in no way does the company support that. If my manager cought someone switching orders or not turning in cash orders they would be fired or forced to pay a large fine. I'm sorry I just had to go off about this I am so sick of people thinking Integrity is full of a bunch of con artist scum bags when really theyre not. your reading a few peoples bad experiences. Why dont you open up and realize the good in this also. They have changed my whole life for the better.
