IvoryWhite Tiny hidden words in terms cost you $78.00, Free trial my eye more like free rip off Boulder, Colorado

I ordered a free trial of ivory white teeth whitening product and was to be chared $1.00. I noticed on my statement that I was also charged $78.00.
I called and asked that this charge be removed and they said they couldn't becuase it was for the tiral period which supposingly was only $1.00. I asked if I could return the item and they said no, and that it was listed in the agreement. Well, it was but nicely hidden.

I received another shipment of this product and they charged my account $85.00. I called and said I wanted to return both items and have my account credited. They said it was to late for the $78.00 one...and when I returned the unused two boxes they just sent me they would only be able to credit my account $58.00 due to restocking fees. Or I could hold onto the product and only be charged $35.00.

I have never heard of such a thing, $27.00 to restock two little boxes Plus, charging my account $50.00 less if I do not send the product back. My father use to work consumer services for the City of Chicago, if this company does not fit the description of a consumer fraud company, then I don't know what does!
