J D Marvel - clear Point Direct ripoff and fraudulent Please everyone contact the FTC Point Claire Quebec

I ordered shoes for my boyfriend in nov. 2003, in feb. 2004 I was sent 4 pair of wrong color and size shoes and that was only a partial order I had sent in.

I sent it all back at my expense and requested a full refund, after awhile,I never heard from them so I wrote them a leter, they did not respond so after a couple of weeks I wrote them another letter, and I have copies of all transactions.

With no reply I called the bank where the check had been cashed and gave me a number to call them.

I got the run around until I asked for a supervisor her name is claudette, she told me she would be sending my full refund out in a week.

I never got it, I called back and the phone number was disconnected. I called the bank back and they gave me a new number.

I called it and claudette answered, she told me jd marvel did not exist anymore but my name was on their refund list and she would get the refund off 6/05/04 and she would call me to confirm, she also took my e-mail address, never heard back.

Call back 6/09/04 got the run around, I call the Federal Trade Commission and filed acomplaint, told them about all the people on the internet with same problem and the said that's too many people to have the same situation.

If all or most of the people would call in and file a complaint they would have to look into what's really going on !!!Please call 1-877-382-4357.

It will gain attention with all the complaints and they will have to take actions!!!!
