3/29/06 I ordered a sample product of BURNFAT@/HOODIA66 (phone # 866-370-7271)and paid shipping of $3.95 by giving this company my debit card info. Heard nothing and did not contact company again until on 5/30/06 my card was charged $97.41

I began calling 866-370-7271 and 800-566-0959(this new number was by the new charge) to dispute charges. Only got answering machine, I left several messages and told my bank not to honor any further charges by BURNFAT or HOODIA. On 6/15/2006 my card was charged $69.95 under the name BUMFATHOODIA #800-566-0907.

I have been calling all numbers and have received no response or product. BBB of Utah case#22031030 directs me to NOVAPOINTE, a fulfillment center. The AG of Oklahoma contacted this company who then stated they ARE ONLY A FULFILLMENT CENTER. BURNFAT2/HOODIA 66 phone # 866-370-7271 was the ONLY company I gave my debit card info to.

If any other company has it, it was forwarded to them by BURNFAT2/HOODIA66 phone # 866-370-7271. My debit card company, Transfund, is stating it is a fraudulent company and they can do nothing to refund the charges.

In May, Ultralife Fitness and JAB Ventures signed settlement agreements with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection. Both companies agreed to pay full refunds to every consumer who had already complained and any others who file valid complaints through May of 2007.
