On 6-21-07 a check withdrawal (check 0001) of $110 was applied to my account. I questioned this amount with my bank as it seemed an odd number for me to withdraw. Upon investigation I discovered that the check was an electronic check written to JFYC for Entitlement Pro. In the signature field as with the other reports it stated Signature Not Required. The phone number listed was 888-792-6297.

When I attempted to call this number I was placed in an infinite loop. I have no idea of who these people are and never gave them permission to submit an electronic check. I am very thankful to this website as I had evidence to submit to the bank when I requested the funds to be reapplied to my account.
