Ladco Leasing Scamed me pressured me in to singing and machines wont work Ripoff Saint Charles California

I was contacted by this company in Dec 2004. They told me they could get me started with a online web site and that it would include a creidit card terminal. I wasn't to sure about it at first.

He said If I don't sign now, I will lose this chance to get it for $5000 for a lease at 4 years. I said I can't afford this. Because I'm a student and working a job and just getting by.But he just wouldn't stop.

I gave in and he sent the contract by e-mail to me to sign. I opened it and printed it. And I noticed that the print on the paper was unreadable.

He anoleged that he new that. His respnce was It basicly states that you will pay 96.99 a month for 48 months. So with me trusting this person I signed it.

They were going to help me set up the site and machine. But I only was contacted once by this group for help. The card terminal I could never get to work nore could I get the web site to operate correctly.

I called them back and told them to cancle the contract. I was not reciving any service at all. They told me no I can't I have to pay it out or give th contract over to someone else.

Since I was getting nowhere I closed my bank account after the 3rd month to get them to stop sucking ou the money. They ever sine Have made threts to me that they would seek judgement againt me.

Know they Turned it over to Commercial Collections of America. Whom I can't find anything about. Other than they call me and threaten me some more.

If anyone can help me fight this please help me.
