I started a small business and in the prcocess of setting up I was approached by a Credit Card sales person. I needed to accept Credit Cards and the saleman advised me the machines were very expensive (Verifone Tranz 460 - over $800) Being told it would be better to lease. Because I was so busy setting up shop and trying to open doors I didn't couldn't read all the small print. Too many pages! It was impossible. I took his word and signed.
After the machine failed to work and I could not get anyone to help with a new one or get it fixed, plus lost customers, I returned the machine to this address after paying for 2 years.

I stopped lease payment of $37.+ per month taken from my BOFA account.
I bought the same machine on line for $53. The company wants me to pay the rest of the lease agreement plus a buyout of the machine which they now have. NO WAY! I'm sure they will ruin my perfect credit history with #'s as high as (790-801) I will fight this all the way! They can call me and harrass me ten times a day and will get no where. DON"T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!
