Leasecomm Corporation AKA MFI RIPOFF, SCAM, FRAUDULENT AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES Woburn Massachusetts

Be careful when dealing with this company. They "lease" different types of services or equipment for small and medium size businesses alike. I will not be calling for legal assistance here since I already have a lawyer handling my case.

I unwittingly leased a card swiping machine from this company for my small home based business in 2003, they promised me that I will only be paying $29.00 plus applicable taxes and misc fees every month. It turned out they debited another $41.00/month from my bank account (on top of the $29.00) for "service fees" - when they credit my transactions to my bank. I gave them numerous calls trying to contest the charges and give me back my money, but as rude as they are and how stupid they thought I was, the response was "IT'S CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE CONTRACT".

Now they are suing me for a total of $2,000.00 for breach of contract because I returned the machine to them and I stopped paying them. There are numerous other people who had the same bad predicament as I did. In fact the FTC has ruled against this business and stopped them from collecting $25 million in fraudulently acquired 'credits'. But that did not stop them from continuing their SPAMMING operations.
