Leasecomm Corporation fraudulent rip-off business Woburn Massachusetts

In August 99, I leased a peice of equipment for my shop from a company called "Preferred Capital". In October I receive a letter from Leasecomm welcoming me aboard as a customer and outlined the terms of the agreement. June 01 should have been the last payment by direct debit. I called Leasecomm and requested a buyout statement and terminate the lease. I did so in writing too.

As the months of debits continued, so did my letters and phone calls. I finally had no choice but to close my account. Bank paid Leasecomm AFTER the account was closed. Account went negative for payment and almost $400 in additional bank fees.

March 10, 2003 I sent a letter of demand for settlement to be answered in 10 days. Letter of demand was sent by overnight mail with return receipt, faxed and refaxed to Leasecomms two fax numbers atleast 5 times each and also e-mailed numerous times to different "@leasecomm.com" addresses.

Ten days are up with no response from ANYONE at Leasecomm.
