I spoke with a legal zoom represenative to obtain trademark information.
She told me the total cost of the trademark was $540.00 and legal zoom would do the search to discover is there was already an application for my particular interest

I paid the $540.00 plus another $150.00 for the trademark protection
I was told the entire process would take 3 to 6 months
After getting the runaround for 6 months I phoned the trademark office myself to discover that there was already another application for the trademark I had applied for

Upon calling legal zoom to ask why they never informed me there was a prior application before they took my money I was told by their rep that they had no information on me.

I had all of my information and faxed it to them twice , calling numerous times and never getting a response from them

They also neglected to inform me that trademarks can take up to a year or more and cost an additional $1800 to finalize

I requested my money back from legal zoom numerous times by email. letter , and phone calls with no response from them
The last few phone calls I made to them ended up with me being place on hold and then the phone disconnected
