9/6/07 - Two weeks ago I ordered a Free Sample, gave credit card for shipping expense. Product NEVER arrived. Bank contacted me, account overdrawn, why...company then charged me (per their terms & agreements) for $99.95 which overdrew my account.
I called the company, told them I did not receive sample so why would I want the $99.95 worth of pills that I did NOT get to even try??? They told me that the "boss" was unavailable, they can NOT track my order and would NOT credit back my account.
Today I called back after demanding they credit my account IMMEDIATELY and the phones are NOT being picked up.
THIS IS A SCAM...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I had to close my ATM card, can not get another one until a two week investigation is done by my bank, overdraft charges continue to plague me.
WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS, PLEASE HELP SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN!!!!

If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.
Remember… Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the Rip-off Report ..
