i discovered yesterday morning that an unknown website called loving essentials aka cigarrest.com somehow got ahold of my debit card info and charged my account for $69. i researched this website and kept being directed to "rip off report" and a website called cigarrest.com. i never ordered anything off this website, never even heard of this website until now, yet they charged me for something, i dont even know what it was. i had to file a
claim with my bank, cancel my card and go thru several people where i ended up with an automated service telling me my card would be credited back the $69 it took out without my authorization. i looked on the BBB
and within the last 36 months, there have been almost 600 complaints with this company fraudulently charging credit/debit cards without permission from the card holder. i would like to see jutsice brought upon this cigarrest.com company, but i dont really know what to do. i want my money back, since it was child support and was suppose to buy my sons birthday presents. i am willing to sue if needed. something has to be done. this is fraud!
