Luebke Baker & Associates - Consolidated Media Services Rip-off, refused identifying herself to me, falsifying records Peoria Illinois

A collection agent called to collect a debt for a magazine subscription that I did not authorize; I refused to provide my information and repeatedly denied my awareness. When I asked the caller what company she was calling from she refused to tell me unless I provided her with my place of employment or social secrity number.

I refused then requested to speak with a supervisor. She then laughed diabolically and hung up one me. I obtained her number through my caller id and called to find out the name of the company. Of course, the represetative who answered the phone would not offer me any additional information unless I divulged my full name and social security number.

Two weeks later I received a letter confirming my promised to pay this amount.
