I received a letter stating "You are offically sworn to secrecy Absolutely Confidential." prize amount "$3,341,006.00" All i have to do is "Enclose a report-release fee of $20 payable by cash, check or money order to:LVAAP." This is Fraud! Please inform as many people as possible.
