Maleleuca - Malaleuca - Melaleuca Didn't refund my money Internet

I signed up with Maleleuca and on the 3rd month they sent me a package I did not request (and charged my account) so I returned it at my expense. They only refunded part of the cost as they claimed I didn't return all items in the package which was not true. Then I sent an email asking to quit the company, still I received another package and yet another charge. Then I emailed asking why and I was told my request had to be done by snail mail (never mind when I signed I did so via the internet). So I sent the letter and returned the last package UNOPENED.
This was at the end of December. I have yet to receive a refund from them or another response other than a letter acknowledging my withdrawal from the company. Since then I have sent repeated emails to the company requesting my refund but to date have not heard from them, not since they got my letter quitting.
Thankfully I was able to place a stop payment with my bank so they have not been able to make any more withdrawals from my account.

I have been a customer of Melaleuca for almost four years now.
If you read Melaleuca's policies, they have up to 60 days to provide a refund of your money. I would venture to guess that by 60 days after they received your notice of cancellation and the products that you will be receiving a check. Melaleuca's honesty and integrity have been proven for over 22 years, and you can trust that.
Additionally, the back-up order program and cancellation procedure should have been explained to you at the time you enrolled. If you contact the person who enrolled you, they should be able to help you resolve any problems.

Election to Cancel Agreements
Customer may cancel his/her Customer Membership Agreement, for any reason at any time by giving written notice to Melaleuca bearing his/her original signature, printed name, address, Customer Number and reason for canceling (to assist Melaleuca in improving its customer service). If an individual or entity is a Preferred Customer and a Marketing Executive, the letter should specify which agreement(s) should be canceled. Written cancellations received by Melaleuca on or before the 25th of the month will be effective the month received. Written cancellations received by Melaleuca after the 25th of the month will be effective the following month. Cancellation notices must be mailed to:

Are you seriously a previous Melaleuca customer or are you just talking bad about them because you are part of their competition? Part of the information that you were given by your enroller is clearly spelled out that your cancellation has to be done in writing, I have faxed them for two people I know that just wanted to order tons of stuff their first month to get stocked on a few items and then cancell. It is a really user friendly company. If you are truely a past customer then write me back and I BET I can fix it for you. I have had nothing but great service.

Nearly 60 days after they had my money I did receive a partial refund of $45, same as the last time. On both occassions I returned the entired box for which I was charged $60 +. Their last excuse was some items were missing, which there weren't and this time around I didn't even bothered to ask as I don't want to hear another lame excuse.
Sorry but I would never go back to Maleleuca, and no, I am not the competition either.

I think many of you who have something negative to say about Melaleuca are just living a dramatic life and there for like to create drama with anything you do or see. Melaleuca is an awsome company. I dont get why so many say its hard to cancel your membership i help people become members and for those who dont like it for reasons i have seen to only be that they cant seem to think that its not okay to have such an honest awsome resource such as Melaleuca in there lives. (i believe that those who get out are just afraid of changing for the better or just dont want to let go of there dramatic lives and choose to bad mouth anything they see or touch because its more comftorble for them) well when i help people cancel there membership we have never had a problem all there money is refunded. and they tell me that later they would like to get back into Melaleuca and just make up excuse for why not do it now. (like i said it has to do with fear of doing something diff. a spiritual growth issue in many cases i come around with) Well i had only one shipment problem when i bought the melaleuca bundle there was a pc cd that was bent up which i know melaleuca was not at fault for the shipping but melaleuca is so awsome that when i emailed them because there office was closed for the holiday i emaild that the cd was bent that if i could return it or something for them to let me know. well they sent me a whole nother set of the melaleuca bundle worth 42.00 free of charge and appologized for the shipping. that is so awsome i didnt even expect that. now i have 2 sets of the bundle and believe me. me and my family will be using them both to spread the word. and as for the products i love them all prespot even got out a bleached stain form a pair of jeans. A++++++++++++ to Melaleuca, there products and there compansation Plan i cant wait to see other peoples goals come true with melaleuca in there lives. Melaleuca is so honest i guess thats why some people have such a hard time with Melaleuca in many of our societies where not used to honesty. Melaleuca works like no other company i have seen. The people on the telephone lines are so nice it feels weird at first cause your never used to people being so nice. and thats just the beginning of what Melaleuca and its people are. I thank God for having Melaleuca in my life and in my familys life. Thank you Melaleuca for being so honest.
