Kelly used Maravilla funds to pay for property taxes on his private property (thanksgiving mountain)

Mortgage loan fraud anyone? Former employees are now saying that Mike Kelly used to put additional money into Maravilla employee's personal bank accounts so that it would appear that they had more assetts. This way, mike kelly could sell another Maravilla home to them. "live the dream"

I am a aquaintence of Mike Kelly. Was flown down and entertained By Him personally. At no time was I presured By him or told what I thought was false information. I found Him and His wife and family to be good respectable people.
I can not say that all of His employes were that. I did not invest as the risk was too High.
I say wait until his trial is concluded, before saying guitly without his trail. This is America and I think everyone deserves this right according to our constitution. I would try to put Yourself in that position.
Lets see what the Court says.
