First, Matrix witheld several months of payments, and forced me to pay them several thousand dollars to keep possession of my home. Then they turned the loan over to Dovenmeuhle and they represented themselves as a new mortgge company.

Unfortunately, the viscious cycle repeated itself. Dovenmeuhle witheld six months of payments, putting them into supense account to try to make it appear as though I have not made payments. I have proof of payments, and yet they are still forcing me to pay an additional payment almost equal to mortgage payment. They will not contact me or send me any statement showing payments, nor will they send me a payment book.

Having to comply with their unjust court orders, has created much hardship, stress and duress. This has been a three year ordeal. I am a teacher, therefore, money is low.

They want my property and equity because property values have escalated dramatically in this area.

PLEASE HELP.

These companies have held payments until they were late, added late fees, attorney fees, court fees, etc. and are still forcing me to pay an amount in addition to my mortgage payment that almost exceeds my mortgage. They filed for stay of my bankruptcy even though I have copies of all payments that were made ON TIME.

I have a lot of equity and the property here sells by the square inch. they want the money and the land. I had to file Ch 13 because they held 4 payments which they conveniently found 3 months after I filed.

I really need help going after this company, they have a lot of my money and a lot of other people are being victimized just as I am, if not worse. I cannot hire a private lawyer, but I would really like to be part of a class action suit or any other recourse that is possible. If we don't act to stop these theives, a lot of us could lose our homes.
