McFarland Consulting ripoff, Breach of contract, still awaiting my refund Champlain New York

I was scammed by this company for $289.00. I requested a refund and was told I had to wait for the packet in order to properly and promptly recieve a refund.

Needless to say, the packet was three weeks late. I followed the instructions and returned the packet. I was told in the packet it would take 20 business days to recieve my refund. On the phone I was then told 30 days. It has been almost 60 days if not more.

I have called the customer service number over 11 times and have been told the same excuss everytime. We are sorry, you should have recieved it by now, we're just a cs rep for McFarland. We will send them a note and someone will contact you. I have yet to be contacted.

I'm disabled, diabetic, and recieve a disability check once a month. I don't have any money to spare due to medication cost and living expenses. If any one can help me get my money back, I will be forever greatful!!!!!
