MCI Worldcom Wireless No authorization company monthly access plan to a higher rate ripoff Garden City New York

Obtained contract for the required year, midterm without authorization mci changed monthly access plan to a higher rate, company was contaced on numerous occasion about dilemma, credits and adjustments frequently made, yearly contract was expired all payments were made, records of payments sent and check numbers kept; account was closed, obtained reference numbers for all communications. I have supervisors names and extensions.I have now been sent a bill by Sunrise Credit Agency against my name, tarnishing my established credit for over 15 years. Neither MCI or Sunrise Credit Services, Inc. are coopearting. I will have to persue this matter leagally.
