Elsy, Elsy, Elsy, it's a wonder how your still in business?
I am the alleged victim in this story; although there are a few other names Elsy would like to make mention while yelling at me.
It was my 2nd day working for my new company and Elsy was the 1st phone call I had taken. (GEEZUS I wish I would have let the old Office Manager that was training me take the call.) Elsy called to say our Workers Comp was ready for renewal.
"who are you..what's your name" said Elsy. I told her who I was and what position I held. Elsy rudely interupted me and said. "well I need you to update your workers comp. where's that other lady? I'm glad she's gone. she was a real you know what? Let me tell you a little about her. blah blah blah blah blah blah." And so I listened for a bit, untill I thought I could chime in on questions she was asking.
What ever happened to the customer is always right? She flat out told me.."you listen to me! I'm talking here. Your just like the other lady. the owners wife!"
**HOLD ON!! She actually thought the woman that was training me was the Wife of the Owner. of our company! WTF? And she yelled at her? Come on. where is the work ethic? You dont yell at the Bosses Wife. Isn't that kinda like Biting the Hand that Feeds You?
She refused to give me paperwork belonging to our company. for fear that I was going to cancel our POLICY. Needless to say. I canceled our Policy the first chance I got.
There is no way I could work with a woman that doesnt know how to talk and get her point across without verbally slandering my co-workers, myself, and my company. The woman is unethical, impolite, vulgar, offensive, uses defamation of character, slanderous statements, false allegations, crude, loud, and flat out RUDE! Never again would I jepordize my company and myself with haveing to put up with her. and she was EXPENSIVE~!!

I am not sure exactly who this client is but I have a pretty good idea. Almost every company in any business, has that one client? You know the one who's just never happy no matter what you do for them? We have over extended ourselves in some cases where we end up finacially upside down in attempt to try and help our clients obtain policies so they can obtain work and get paid on certain jobs they performed. In many of those cases we end up out of pocket. But we have to learn that often people just simply take advantage of you when you try to help them.
In this particular case I believe this client became angry because we wouldn't allow them to pay their premium in such a way as we did previously where we fronted time on their insurance policy and allow them to catch up later on because of financial issues. There was one particular client who became angry because we wouldn't do this based on prior payment history. Again this is the only client that sticks out in my mind as this person was not brave enough to disclose their own name. And I can not disclose clients name because of privacy laws. It would never be my intention to be rude or unlawful to any client. We have been a staple in the insurance industry and we have thousands of clients who have been with us for over 15+ years.
Whoever this may be I hope they can accept our apology and realize that we can only extend ourselves to a certain degree before we put ourselves at risk. It is never our intention to be rude with our clients. If someone came off this way we apologize. We only strive to do right by our clients and we try to help our clients to the best of our ability.
