All I can say is DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE from this company. It is a rip from start to finish. And DO NOT hire an attorney to fight them...we did and it is absolutely a WASTE OF MONEY/TIME/ENERGY!

They have misrepresented every aspect of their insurance - the salespeople misrepresent the policy as well as the company.

This insurance company has cost our family over $30,000.00 in medical bills. You will never talk to anyone to make any sense of what or how they justify the way they pay claims. SAD SAD COMPANY and needs to be PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

If you have a claim - GOOD LUCK!

ps I know I am not suppose to use capital letters - but when I typed them that showed my anger........I'll bet this company has caused more hardships on more families than you can imagine.
