They sent me a phoney check for 4500.00.
and that i had won 500,000.00 dollars in they sweepstakes i think they should pay .I called the bank to verify funds thet said the check was phoney

That number is a Vancouver cell phone.

File a complaint with FTC. You can do that online at their website.

Suing them based on their promise would be nice. But getting them to pay would never happen as they don't have 500k. Putting them in jail is the next best thing.
