Merrick Bank paid credit card off , about a month later, they took another 1172.00 out of our bank account, we did not this wehad paid it off. our account went in to overdraft, which we were charged for. now we are fighting to get it back. our bank has proven our story. but now we have no! money. Oldbethpage New York

was double charged a payment. didn't realilize it,until we were overdraft at bank. and charged.now they are saying it's not there fault. it is, and we have to fight for it.bank has even told them they were in the wrong. sick of there attitude, and raising there voices when we try to talk to them.it is over a 1000.00 dollars they owe us we have no money now!

still waiting for refund from merrick. was told the refund was sent out on 3-13-08 but no refund yet! it's obvious they are not telling us the truth.now we are behind on other bills because of the amount they took.our personall bank is doing investigation now.how sad it is on thier part.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MERRCK!
