MGR Solutions My application came back REFUSED after I paid them Houston Texas

I called MGR solutions in Houston Texas in November of 2006. John Rogers told me WONDERFUL things about the grant money opportunity. So I paid my $449.00 and sent it to Houston registered and certified mail. I received an application in the mail which I filled out and wrote up a 5 yr plan. I sent it to Houston and it came back to me a week or so later with REFUSED stamped on it!!! I called and called and called and got nothing but voice mail. FINALLY someone actually called me back and gave me an alternate number. I called it and explained (to Scott Bean) what happened. He told me to send it to 1320 State Route 9, Champlain, NY 12919 in Clinton County. He assured me they would accept the application. They did, but when I called the number again to check on the status, no big surprise, the number is blocked!!! How depressing it is to put faith in something and be slapped in the face. How hard would it be for this company to just do the grants and actually help people who are trying to help themselves? It's really not hard to make an honest living, it's harder to run from lies. I will do what I need to at this point to get my money back and I hope this is a collective effort for all of us who have been scammed by MGR Solutions.
