Between July and August of 2005 I sent an email to close the account, I was told that a cancellation would be sent to me to sign and return back to Risk Management and once that was received the account would be close and refund due to me.

From December of 2005, I have submitted several requests regarding my account and the status of my refund. I have written several letters to 2533 N. Carson Street, Suite 4937, Carson City, NV 89706; those letters came back as undeliverable. I also sent several emails to custserv@riskmp.com and tekkain@rsiskmp.com to check the status of my request and those came back as undeliverable (the recipient does not exist). On several occasions tried to contact Risk Management at (866-948-9222) that was provided to me and got a non-working number.

Around January 10, 2006, I received an email indicating to send the cancellation letter to 5605 N. MacArthur Blvd., 10th Fllor, Irving, Texas, 75038. The letter was certified on January 24, 2006, and to date I have not heard anything.

Currently I'm $18,000 in debt with constant calls from the creditors and they have over $4,000.00 dollars of money.
