Miracle Management Group, Risk Management Partners ripoff - Took $8800 to settle debts - Will not return calls/emails- Creditors calling me - Can't pay them - Risk has my money. Arizona

I have been paying in this debt management program for a while and have not gotten any results. They have approximately $8800 of my money and they will not return emails or phone calls.

I received my last email from Mike at Risk Management on May 1st. All they keep telling me is that they are trying to settle the debts. This is the most disheartening thing to think that you will get your debts settled and to find out that someone is ripping you off and also hundreds of other people.

I have told them I wanted the $8800 back and that's when they stop emailing. Also the creditor is calling me telling me that they can not get any one to call them back and one person told me the number has been disconnected. I have tried to call and it says all circuits are busy.

I checked the company out at the better business bureau before I signed up and it looked to be legitimate. I don't know what has happened. To settle these debts I need to get my money back and I don't know how to go about it. If there is any way to do this please let me know.

I also believe that the company has moved to Texas and I have no new address for them.
