I ordered free trial of diet product. 14 day trial and you can cancel if not satisfied. Product did not even arrive before the 14 days were up.

Letter in package says "You may cancel anytime. We will not make you jump through hoops to do so." Goes on to say a simple phone call or email will do. I have sent 2 emails with no response.

I have tried multiple times to call. I get recording that my call will be answered by next agent and then I am cut off.
