I did business in Jan 2004 with a company named Railroad Trains, P.O. Box 939, Hicksville, NY 11802. Monthly charges under the name of Connections 800-750-4364 CT began appearing on my credit card. I didn't recognize the company's name that was billing me. I called my cc company to inquire about the origin of the charges. I was told to call the 800 number that appeared on my cc. I called and was given an address to register my complaint, that being the NE address.

I sent certified letter to NE. No reply. I then began looking on the net for some info. I found an email address, mwcorp@dealpass.com. Contacted them, they gave me the fax number at the NE address. I had just gone full circle. I faxed 402-661-2189. No reply. I then started looking on the net and found info about the Co. rip off scheme. I am now registering my complaint here. Hope more people continue to report them. Maybe news media should be contacted to research and report on this company, then more people would be aware of this rip off scheme that operates under different names, email addresses, addresses, faxs and 800 #.

CAN YOU EXPLAIN THE REASONING ON THE FAILURE TO SEND MY IRS 1099 TAX FORM???? IT IS PAST THE GOVERNMENT ALLOTED TIME FRAME; IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN SENT NO LATER THEN 31 JAN 2005.
