MWI Essentials ripoff, unauthorized bank account deductions. Internet

Since the winter of 2003, I have been charged monthly a charge of $12.95 by MWI Essentials by automatic deduction from my bank account. The intial charge was legitimate, however the subsequant ones were not, and I have contacted MWI several months ago to stop the deduction which they agreed to do. This was never done and as of this month, June, the number they give on my bank statement, 800-292-9790, is disconnected.

I'm not expecting a refund, and feel lucky the amount is only $12.95 a month after reading the horror stories of some of the amounts people have been ripped off for, but want the automatic deductions stopped and MWI taken to task.
