National Pharmacy Group, Lisa Kennedy Stole my money, I placed my order in Nov. of 2003 and have still recieved NO GOODS! Lisa Kennedy is as much of a Liar and Fraud as the Co. she represents! ripoff Arizona Internet

On November 2, 2003 I placed a order with National Pharmacy Group using a checking account number. The money was deducted from the account the next day. The order total was 109.00 for medications, 49.99 for online perscription and 41.60 for shipping which came to a grand total of 187.99.

It is now April 20, 2004 and I have not received my order. I have sent numerous e mails to this company usually only to get a automated generic response from them. I became more and more upset with them and my e mails began to reflect this. I finally got a real response from Lisa Kennedy which was loaded with promises of immediate delivery of my order, She even went so far as to show a shipment date of December 12th via foreign postal service in my account history and assured me I would have a tracking number within 48 hours.

This was all a lie! I never received my order. It was never even shipped. I was told these things to get me off their backs. This was verified when I sent my last e mail to them in which I threatened to report them. I got a long response from Lisa Kennedy stating that they hadn't shipped my order due to the fact that they didn't have a perscription for it. Why did I pay 49.99 for a perscription? And I had been prescribed this medication by my doctor here but my medical insurance was cancelled by my employer before I had a chance to refill.

Anyway, Lisa Kennedy promised me she would work it out and contact me back later that afternoon. She also promised to correct the information put in my account history about the false shipment supposedly sent. She never contacted me back, never shipped my order, never changed the inaccurate information put into my account history and hasn't responded to me since. This was in March of 2004.

This Company National Pharmacy Group is a fraud. They take your money and run. I can't believe this kind of internet fraud is taking place. Lisa Kennedy you should be ashamed of yourself, How can you represent a company like this? and how do you sleep at night?

I would love to get my money refunded but I would love even more to get this company shut down forever so more people like me don't have to experience a rip off like this again. Don't let the 100% satisfaction guarantee fool you too.

Thank you for the opportunity to report this nightmare. Let's get National Pharmacy Group Shutdown permanently.
