"It appears that NPS (National Product Services) and (Impact Resource Group), (same company's), have been fixing their numbers to make themselves look good for potential buyers of the company. (Fire Sale)

They have cut wages for the techs in the field, fired almost anyone that knows the service business in the offices. (TX. ATL. NC. OH.) It is a private owned company that treats it's employees like slaves to get to their own goals.(money in their pockets)

The company builds bike, furniture and many other things for many customers. We do in-home service and contract work: Kmart, Target, Office max, Office Depot , Home Depot, ect.. and a list of many others.

They promise these accounts service we cannot possibly supply, just to get the contract.

They promise their employees raises and compensation for travel time to these accounts, that they do not deliver on. In short they are a bunch of liers.

These actions have been reported to the IRS and many Attorney General offices for investigations into tax fraud.

Wages of the employees are being cut at a record pace. The only reason our current General Manager has his job at Impact is because he is gooooood friends with the CEO & other corporate VP's. His approach to running this business has helped this company lose accounts & continue into a downward spiral. He has allowed good personnel who knew how to operate this business to be fired with out any good reasoning behind the firings. He has allowed the disbandment of the Atlanta dispatch & sales offices All of the burden for those responsibilities was placed on the SC's in Dayton.

They face daily frustrations of being overworked "but no overtime is allowed." It is hard to get three jobs done in a 8hr. day. (bikes, furniture, and pre-calls done all at the same time. The monkey's don't care about the tech's and the office workers.

It worked better when Impact and Nasco were to two different companies. But greed and money has it's first priority. The funiture guy's are the best at what they do. The bike guys were the best at what they did. It worked. The Dayton office didn't want the merger, becuase we knew it would be to much for us to handle. Now it is all falling apart.

We are losing accounts faster than we are gaining them. There are no more major accounts left to go after. The company has lost the following accounts in the last year:
LOWES Acct.45 million, Cosco Acct. 20 million, Target Merchandising contract.
