Natural Cures Website Unable to sign on to website, despite being a lifetime member. Little or no response from Natural cures. Elk Grove Village Illinois

I became a lifetime member of the website on April 18th 2005. Lifetime means lifetime right? I have been unable to log in for months. I changed my email address and wanted to advise them of that. I have tried to log in using my old email and the password I have always had. I get a messege telling me that the information is invalid! How can I let them know I have a new email when I can't even get logged in? I have written to them numerous times concerning this issue. I didn't receive a response until I contacted bbb. I was sent an email from natural cures telling me that I was assigned a customer service specialist and that I would be contacted soon.

That was August 29th, 2007. I have had problems signing in before. I believe that more than 2 years is enough time to iron out the kinks of starting up a website. I can't understand what the problem is, especially since no one will contact me to let me know. I really have had enough. I want to obtain a full refund and be done with it!
