Neteller Neteller ripped me off big time! ripoff United Kingdom Internet

Made two deposits to neteller one for 25.00 and one for 50.00.
Was told had to wait 4-5 business days for it to post to my neteller account.

Money was taken from my bank account immediately. Before it posted to my neteller account I decided to cancel and that is what I did. figured would take 4-5 days for money to be put back into my account.

Money never was put back. Called them and they first said I was using a credit card. I said no was EFT. Then said that it would take 2-3 days to be back into my account. I told them it had already been over a week.

Then they decided that I had used it already on the 15th. But didn't make the deposit until the 16th so didn't use it on the 15th.

Then they said money was never taken out of my bank account and they werent putting anything back in and hung up on me.

oh, yeah they wanted me to send my bank statment to them. yeah right!

Guess they can make a lot of money off people like that but they have all they will get from me.Am telling everyone not to use them and am putting a block on them at my bank in case they decide they need more
