I order the product but found that it did not work.
I received two more orders for a total of four bottles and called for an authorization number to return them
I sent them back and contacted the company about my refund, I was told that it had been processed on August 20th and that the refund should be in my account any day.

I can no longer reach the company by phone. I will continue to try but do not have much hope.

Organica I got some money back

I threatened to take them to the postal inspector for mail fraud and O got some money back. I got 66% back not great but at least it is something.
