I sold a small buisness in 2003. My credit card machines and contract were suppose to be transfered to new owner. The sharp talking salesman, assured me, he would make sure that this took place. It didn't, instead they have been deducting money from my account, for 3 1/2 years.

They say I have two contracts, one is $77 a month, and the other $26. But, on some of my statements they are taking out a extra $35.

When I contacted the company, they say that the extra $35 is for late fees. How do you have late fees with direct pay?

Do I have an recourse? Or am I out of luck?
