It's silly to say Ocwen holds your mortgage payment for a 25 late fee when 90+% of your payment is interest that feeds lenders and Ocwens management team. Lenders want your interest on money loaned, late fees are pennies compared to interest payments. Most if not all lenders will post you payment asap so that interest is realized.

Simple, send your payment in before it's due date or Ocwen has the right to call to find out where it is. You are current when your payment is posted on it's due date
