Ocwen purchased my loan in March of 2003. At the time my taxes and insurace were escrowed with my mortgage payment. Unbeknownced to me, they were missapplying my payment.

Currently I am recieving tax delinquency bills, and my insurance premium is past due. I am in danger of enforced insurance due to Ocwen's negligence.

For the past three weeks I have contacted Ocwen to no avail. They continue to tell me they will send an email to the research department.
