Dash For Cash Contest by Opportunities Unlimited Publications, Inc. just another ripoff

Hi again, Rip Off Staff!

After four days since I filed my report about the CONTEST AMERICA PUBLISHERS. INC., I received another similar mail and this time it came from the OPPORTUNITIES UNLIMITED PUBLICATIONS, INC.

The contest is very much similar with that of the CONTEST AMERICA PUBLISHERS, INC. It's a 3-game thing with its corresponding prizes. The total cash prize to be won was $21,000 for a $15-fee to be qualified.

The very striking and eye-catching strategy that they usually use in order to encourage prospective victims to join was, they are stipulating and highlighting some statements such as: "You Are The Grand Prize Winner Of $21,000 or much more if... bla, bla, bla..." And usually the contents of the mail were being sent in a check format with security seal and many other noticeable markings as if they are really operating legally. Not only that, somewhere on the documents sent to you, there was usually a list of winners and their corresponding prizes "given in full", according to them. But what interests the would-be victims the most is that, at the end of the list their names were usually written in bold letters with the corresponding prize not lower than $21,000, but with the remarks, "PENDING WINNER".

As a concerned citizen of humanity, I am deeply bothered by these "modus operandi" of some syndicates, because nothing certain seems to be done as to how these lucrative deceitful business are to be arrested. I hope the authorities will do something about this.
