They also added to my Embarq account an Enhanced Services Billing, to add to the bill a charge of 12.95, plus tax of Federal .39, and State .91.

Under Itemized Calls a description of Orbit Vmail 1X Setup appears with the 12.95 fee. by ESBI which I found out is their billing company.

I called them to have the above charges removed and credit my account called up the account, and they will issue a credit for the $14.25 charge. They also claim that it will take 1-7 business days to process, but it will take 1- 2 billing cycles to get the credit processed.

A confirmation will be send via e mail.

I cannot beleive that Embarq allowed this charge to be added to my account,
