I had a similar experience with the previous poster, although their response time was initially fine.

I ordered 2 sets of business cards, 1 for each employee. There were three colors, and two came out fine, the third was spec'd as yellow and came out a hideous lime green.

The rep asked me to send 5 of each to their review committee. A few days later I got an email from them saying the request was denied.

Their warranty specifically states "100% Risk Free. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will reprint your cards at your request or refund your money. I have notified them of this fraud, and have asked for a refund and have heard nothing.

I was not being picky about the color; it wasn't even in the same ballpark Any reputable printer would not even have sent them out, let alone refuse to make them good.

In no way would I conduct business with Overnight Prints. They are the classic rip off.

BETTER NOW!!!! THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!

I had tried using Over Night Prints back in November and experienced the same problem. After the ordeal with that order, I found the first posting for this company on this website. I was leary of reordering, but I REALLY needed card, and they are inexpensive. So, I placed a new order. I was PISSED when the cards came with a spelling error. (made on my part, but I figured they would check the cards for spelling errors.) I called them and was, I'll admit it, yelling at them.

A nice young lady calmly explained to me that they can not just go in and start changing spelling, because people spell things differently on purpose. I understood this, but explained what happened last time I ordered. She appolized for what happened before and informed me of some GREAT news.... THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!

She told me, as per their new customer satisfaction policy, they are truely upholding their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. She told me to send the cards back, and they would refund the order for me.

And they actually followed through. (imagine my excitement.) Since that order, I have place 2 others and experienced the same quality of customer service.

CHEERS TO THE NEW MANAGER!!! ANC CHEERS TO THE NEW AND IMPROVED STAFF!! I will encourage everyone to try them either for the first time, or again. They have gotten a lot better!!! : )
