Pharmacy Cards deducted $139.00 out of my closed checking account so it was taken from my savings account and I was charged additional fees for that. Rip-off! West Vancouver British Columbia

This company either sent me an e-mail or a letter in the mail because I thought it was just junk mail I was charged $139.00! This is crap... I still don't know where they got my information. No one will tell me anything because they are just a customer service department but what am I supposed to do as a consumer? Why does this company have the right to do this?
