I called the number based on this appearing to be a father's support team/law firm. I spoke with a person who identified himself as Douglas. He said that he would be able to get my son legal help in St. Louis even though he said he was located in California. He said that he would be able to refer my son to one of their offices in Missouri for help and that he would have a lawyer the next time he went to court.

He said that I needed to hurry a pay the money(90.00) so that my son would be able to talk to an attorney before his court date of Jan. 9, 2008. Douglas stated that even though an attorney would not be able to appear for my son on that date, by his next court date he would have an attorney. We were told that the registration fee was $45.00 and $45.00 per month until the entire fee of $750.00 was paid.

We were grossly mis-lead and deceived by this company. Basically they tell you what you want to hear in order to get your money. I never accepted the terms and conditions and neither did my son. Each time I call this company I am put on hold, when someone does talk to me, I am told different things to do, I have received no respnse ot any of them yet. I was told I would be called, I was told to go online and access their application declining terms and conditions since my son hadn't accepted them.

When I tried to do this it said my code number was wrong, which I believe is the registration number. This company is a disgrace to all men who suffer the abuses of a system that shows no rights to fathers in this country. I am sure that they are receiving money from the Responsible Father's Program, a national program which gives $50,000,000 a year to help fathers in this country. Douglas should be ashamed of himself and so should Premier Family Service or whoever they are.
