I am writing to report my experience in getting a refund for the PremiereTradeAI software which I purchased but returned as I found it unsuitable for me.

I attended their free preview on Nov. 19, 2006 during which I paid US$3,204.65 (CAD 3764.59)for the software package, by credit card. Subsequently, I attended their one-day workshop on Nov. 30, 2006, after which I found the software unsuitable for my use, and returned the package to their staff unopened. They acknowledged receipt of this return, but could not tell me how long it would take to process the refund.

Ever since then, I have been calling their advisors at least once a month, speaking to either "Terence" or "Adam" - they refused to give their last names - but all I get are vague replies that they have a lot of backlogs, and to call back in 3 to 4 weeks' time. Last 3 calls were on Feb 14, Mar 6 and Mar 23.

I have also sent email to the following addresses and have not got any response so far:
Info@PremiereTradeAI.com, Trading@PremiereTradeAI.com, Billing@PremiereTradeAI.com, CustomerSupport@PremiereTradeAI.com, Support@PremiereTradeAI.com, JamesDicks@PremiereTradeAI.com

It is now over four months and I still have not got my refund. If only I had seen the Rip-Off Reports earlier - I would never have signed up for their scam.

I am lodging this report to warn others, and as a last resort to get my money back.

I can confirm that this customer has received a refund for the full purchase price of the software. We certainly never intended for there to be any delay, and we apologize for any inconvenience. It is always our policy that anyone who is due a refund will get their refund.
