I retuned Premiere trade software on 18 OCTOBER 2006. When I called first time I was promised that I will be receiving my refund of $3204 in a month. It never came. Called them a month later, the answer was “it is under process”, will receive soon? Keep calling them months after months and realized that I was WASTING MY VALUABLE time by contacting a company with NO BUSINESS ETHICS.

As of today, it has passed more than SIX and HALF MONTHS and no refund yet.

The following are some terrible experiences I had when I talked to people in refund department.

First of all one should be lucky get some one to talk because most of the time your CALLS WILL NOT BE ANSWERED, it directly goes to voice mail and even if you leave a message NOBODY WILL RETURN YOUR CALL.

On 13 APRIL 2007 I talked to a person name Adam, who promised my refund in TWO WEEKS. As expected it was a "BIG LIE", the refund never came. On 27 APRIL 2007 I called the same Person who did not pick up the phone, left a message, NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Left message for another person, Bobby, no call back. Sent a mail to info@premieretrade.com, on the same day, NO REPLY YET.

On 3 May 2007, got Adam, and asked for status. By that time everything got upside down, he told me that my refund is still under process and can't say when I will get it. BIG SCAM! The same person told me THREE WEEKS AGO that I WOULD BE receiving my REFUND IN TWO WEEKS! I wanted to talk to some one in that company who can tell me exactly when I get my refund. The answer was “NO ONE in this COMPANY WILL BE ABLE TO TELL YOU THAT”. What kind of company is this! The most interesting thing is when I asked him whether I receive my refund in SIX MONTHS, ONE YEAR, TEN YEARS! The answer was “don't know!

It seems that the refund department of this company is like a “BLACK HOLE”. Customers refund money has got sucked in to this HUGE BLACK HOLE that is why no one could tell you about your refund. You will get always a “DON'T KNOW” or “CAN'T SAY” answer when you talk to anyone in refund dept.

This company may be trading with customers refund money and making huge profit out that.

This company has NO BUSINESS ETHICS and SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS IN US.

If anyone who has RECEIVED REFUND IN A MONTH(as they promised when you call them first time) CAN DEFINITELY WIN A LOTTERY!

As of today, BBB has listed 103 REFUND COMPLAINTS about this company!

Stay away, NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

We are disappointed in the amount of time for you to get your refund, but I can assure you that anyone who is due a refund will in fact get their refund. Since you did receive your refund a while ago I hope you will post to let people know that you did. As a growing company we are dedicated to improve in any area where we have a deficiency, and make certain that all of our customers are happy.
