Hello,
On 3/13/06 I placed an order online for the Proseal Kit and when I hadn't received it by the expected date I called customer care on 4/11/06 and was told that the item was on backorder and that I should receive it by 4/28/06. On 5/1/06 when I had still not received the item ordered I called again, and was told that I would be credited for the amount of $27.90 that was charged to my card. I've since called several times about this, each time having to wait another 30 days because apparently the credit was never issued. The last time I called on 7/3/06 I spoke with the customer care manager Maria, who said that my credit was being input manually and that I should receive it by the end of July, to date I have not received this credit.
As a consumer, I entered into a contract in good faith with Proseal when I purchased my Proseal Kiit online. I paid for an item that I never received and as such I should be given a full refund if goods or services were not provided by the agreed date or within 30 days of placing an order if no date was agreed upon.

I filed a transaction dispute claim with my bank and received a credit within 2 weeks.
