On 04/17/06 I ordered the Proseal product. I called on 05/08/06 to let them know that I had not received it. I was told by Trisha that I would receive it in 10 days. Called back on 06/19/06 and god anothe run around. Called again on 07/14/06 for a refund. Again I got Trisha, she informed that I would have my refund in 7 to 10 days. Now when I call all I get is a refural number. That number puts me on hold for 3 to 5 min. then goes to dile tone.
