Proud2beme Repossessed my vehicle AFTER saying that I was eligible for a 2 month deferred pmt. plan-Repossessed my vehicle at the same time I was trying to make pmt. over the telephone. The representative came up with three different excuses saying that my pmt. was not being accepted. I have proof that the money was in the bank and that the card should have been accepted. Low lifes if ever I met any! Palastine Illinois

I have had a $8000.00 loand with Roadloans/Triad Financial for almost two years now and have had nothing but rude, ignorant and beligerant behavior out of every cust. service rep that I have ever spoken with. Must have a Liar Degree to work for this place-because that is all that they do-and over the phone of course because let me tell you, if I were face to face with these cowards during the time that they were calling me every 15 minutes or speaking to me like I was scum then I don't think that I would be at their mercy for very long.....Take it as a threat if you will!

Due to unforseen circumstances I became behind in my payment and in October I received numerous phone calls telling me that I was approved for a 2 month deferred pmt. I made the current pmt. and was told that I was eligible for 2months deferred pmt. for doing so-I was supposed to get the paperwork faxed to me at work and e-mailed to my address. I did not receive the fax or e-mail within 2 days so I phoned Triad asking them where it was and I literally got laughed at by a African American cust. serv. rep telling me that he didn't know why anyone would tell me such a thing-

To make a long story short after several of these phone calls telling me that I was eligible but nothing being done, I tried to make pmt. online (as I always have) My pmt. was not being accepted-On the 19th of Dec. I phoned and spoke with Lois and gave her a credit card number-Lois had to speak with her supervisor and when she came back she informed me that my card was not being accepted. She explained that it was probably due to being a debit/MC and that I needed to phone back making the transfer with a BANK-debit/Visa card-(she could not give me any explanation) I tried calling back to make pmt. on the 20th and was told that my pmt. was not being accepted because it was not the FULL amount due (what was the full amount?) during this phone call I was told to make pmt. using Western Union to assure posting of my pmt.

On the 21st, now three days from the day that I tried to make my pmt. I was to make my pmt. by Western Union on my lunch break-Just before my lunch break I received a phone call from a Steve who was out in the parking lot-he was giving me a chance to come out and retrieve any personal belongings that I wanted BEFORE he repossessed my vehicle.

Let me tell you, three men and boy were they charmers! SCUM-SCUM-SCUM!

I tried phoning Triad and after all of the voice automated questions and entering my account number I was referred to a RUDE,IGNORANT, AFRICAN AMERICAN MAN that told me to get ready for the INCONVENIENCE of Repossession and that it would be wise to make my payments on time in the future-From there on I couldn't get anywhere but listen to his smart ass remarks-On Saturday morning, the same but only this time it was a woman-They must all have the same book-Paragraph, by paragraph were the same!

I called the number that I was given to the storage place where my vehicle is being held and the man that answered this phone had the same demeanor as those at Triad-Not even willing to discuss the storage fees with me-I was told that fees could be anywhere from $0-$5000.00! I would only be told when Triad gave him the release to tell me! What a Joke!

So, it's been over a week since my vehicle has been repoed and I have had 3 phone calls from agents asking me if I received my repo paperwork? Are these people for real? They literally deny pmt., set their customers up and then expect me to sit back and take it like a pouty puppy with his tail between his legs-Triad, You don't know who you tried to SCREW over this time! Great Karma, goes a LONG way!
